Lahore. Close to Akbar Chok. This would start soon. First construction of a suitable building, then furnishing it for a comprehensive lab.
Thank God, my laboratory project finally got approved under the city CCB program. I would invest roughly 40 lakh rupees and city would contribute 160 lakh rupees. About half of the money would go in the construction of the building and the rest half in furnishing and starting lab. Lab will be located in the
Township
Govt.
High School in about 3 kanal land. Morning session would be free to the school students but evening and weekend sessions would raise about 6 lakh rupees a month to meet recurring expenses. Hopefully all this would survive through upcoming political turmoil.
Construction should start in November, 2007. There are lot of encroachments by vendors along the school wall and it would be hard to remove them from lab site. Then I expect cooperation from school administration. Hope this goes through successfully. Estimate method was used by Building Department. How to meet recurring monthly expenses.
